Senior Pastor

Pastor Ivory Jackson was born May 27, 1958, in Chicago, IL to Andrew and Lottie Jackson. He has been in Memphis since 1964. He is the third child born in a family of six children. The Jackson family is noted for their musical talents and abilities. All are either singers, musicians, or choir directors, etc. Of course, their parents are musically inclined as well.


Pastor Ivory Jackson received his education from Wooddale High School of Memphis, TN where he received several musical awards. Pastor Ivory Jackson was inducted into the National Music Honor Society in 1976 as a lifetime member. He also received a Band Scholarship from the University of Memphis; however, he chose to pursue a career in Electronics. Pastor Jackson attended State Technical Institute of Memphis (now Southwest Community College) for two years majoring in Electronic Engineering. During his first year of college, he was hired by The Kroger Company, from where he retired in 1997 after 24 years of service. He began helping his father in the ministry immediately after retirement.

Pastor Ivory Jackson was ordained as an Elder in COGIC by the late Bishop G. E. Patterson. He served in the A.B. McEwen and James McLemore Revival District as the Minister of Music. Presently he serves as Minister of Music for the PCCNA local chapter of Memphis. He has attended OAJ School of Ministry where he received a certificate of completion. He also attended MTI School of Ministry for one semester. Presently he is in his second year at All Saints Bible College where he was voted President of Student Council. He is also attending MCUT of Memphis.

Pastor Ivory Jackson served as Assistant Pastor of Faith Temple Ministries Church from 2008 until being installed as Pastor on May 22, 2016. He also works for Family Matters, an organization that mentors boys, men & fathers. This organization focuses on the entire family, but Pastor Jackson deals with boys, men & first-time dads at Baptist Memorial Hospital, Methodist Hospital & St. Francis Hospital.

Pastor Ivory Jackson is married to Lisa, and they have nine children and nine grandchildren. When there is an opportunity for a day off, Pastor Jackson loves to go fishing, as well as spending time with his family. He loves people and appreciates his upbringing from his father & mother.

Last, but not least, he is one of the co-founders of the Jackson Studio of Music that has trained countless musicians across this country.
